A few months ago, word got out that Wizkid and Akon were working on “something special”. We later heard that “Don’t Dull Remix” was already recorded but there was no set release date. A few hours ago, this snippet surfaced on the homie DJ Fresh’s (of JamJam & Fresh Show) blog and twitter has not been the same since then.Obviously this isn’t the final version; it seems Wizkid will record his own fresh verse for the official remix. Omo… this is MASSIVE! …and AKON is a BOSS! Wizkid is on the verge of being a global superstar oh!

During the first quarter, Claymation Eminem quenched his thirst with a refreshing Brisk iced tea; then just before halftime, super-intense human Eminem delivered a cross between a eulogy and a giant “eff you, pay attention” on behalf of the city of Detroit. And you thought he didn’t do commercials.Meanwhile, Ozzy Osbourne finally had to find out what a Bieber was, Adrien Brody serenaded some crying/orgasmic women (Stella Artois), Faith Hill’s rack is huge (Teleflora), Timothy Hutton is really, really into Tibetan fish curry (Groupon.com), and Kim Kardashian’s ass (Shape-Ups) is ass usual. Plus, so many movie trailers, including J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg’s Super 8, Terra Nova, Thor, Cowboys & Aliens — starring Danny Craig and Indy Ford — Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and a first look at Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger. People were lifting things and there was figure skating, so it had to be something about drive and determination. Turns out: All of the above. It was about a CAR. Favorite summer album ''Hotter than July, Stevie Wonder. It's classic. I'm really into classic albums. There's a ton of hip-hop records and a ton of young R&B artists that I paid attention to throughout the years, but as it relates to a classic body of work, I feel like the majority of the songs on that album told a story that spoke to the spirits and where people were in life. It wasn't necessarily a summer album, but yet it came out in the summer — in July. Maybe if it didn't, it was hot.''
All-time favorite album ''[Michael Jackson's] Off the Wall. It was like the most hood I think Michael could ever be and I loved it. I love the substance of it, the fact that you got great entertaining out of it, you got great vocal out of it, the lyrical substance and content of it was just so cool. It kinda matches where life is to a certain extent right now, like if you put those records on right now, they still work in this day and time. And you still use dialogue that was used in those songs today.''
